Christmas Mini Canvas
By Sue Smyth

Today I am sharing a little Christmas Mini
I made for a make and take at Arnolds.
Some of you missed out on creating with me. so here
are the instructions to the canvas.

Step by steps
Cut chipboard into a 8 x 11 cm panel, cover with gel medium
and adhere paper towel over top. Trim to fit and dry with heat gun.

Dry brush with gesso and dry with heat gun.

Spray with teal and cut grass dylusions
and dry with heat gun, dot with London blue dylusions and white linen.

Rub over pearl paint, dry and then rub over gold paint

Cut 2 fir trees and paint with gesso, use a scrap
of chipboard to apply gesso ridges. Dry with heat gun.

Paint fence with lots of gesso and dry with heat gun
, allow gesso to bubble and blister.

Dab deer with Walnut stain, and dry, dot gesso over
deer and cover with dimensional magic,
sprinkle with a little white glitter. Allow to dry.

Dry brush silver trim, and punched leaves.

Spritz flower with water and dip into a
puddle of Post box red dylusions ,dry off with heat gun
and spray with adhesive, sprinkle with white glitter

Tease out muslin scrap.

Adhere all elements to the canvas,
starting with the fir trees and finish with
flower and leaves on the left hand side.

Add a few sequin stars and dots of gesso for the
starry sky

Happy Crafting all
