Magnolia Lane

Creative Inspiration Magazine Special Edition

Designed by Sue Smyth

As I am a papercrafter who enjoys all forms of paper crafting, from layouts, cards and mixed media, I wanted a range of papers that would span all of the styles of work I do. So you will see a very versatile mix of colours and elements to suit any type of work you want to do with in Magnolia Lane.
The pack includes all you need to suite a range of styles, pages, cards and any paper crafting project, there are papers designed especially for the quick scrapper, who wants to just place a photo and add a few embellishments and they are done.
There is also a few designs made for the fussy cutter in mind, the poetical and patches papers, are full of elements that can be cut and used not only on pages but also cards and mini albums. The reverse of most of the patterned papers, have simple patterned designs for the cardmaker to use as backgrounds, or the scrapbooker to use in mixed media or off the page.
Included are greens, blues, creams and of course pinks, covering a variety of needs for the avid papercrafter.
Included in the collection are some pastel blue pages and clock images, for those who might want to do a boy or non gender specifc page. There is also an alphabet page, for fussy cutting, to use as titles and words on cards or album. This is teamed with the alpha emboss folder so you can make as many alpha elements as you need. The trinkets, flowers, cameos, and lace have been hand picked to matched perfectly with the range, so no frustrating search for matching elements. The dies and embossing folder, use elements from the papers to allow you to create a seamless design featuring the same images.
The dies are especially chosen to be versatile, the tassel for example can be die cut and used as is, or it can be snipped up to make individual tassels, you can also cut in 2 colours and piece back together for a filled in tassel (see samples) or you could even use the tassel itself to form a small skirt for a mini doll..just add your imagination. Die cut light weight chipboard and emboss with gold embossing powder for a luxurious gold element.
Add to this detailed stamps and you You will find all you need with in the one range, whether you are a cardmaker, scrapbooker, mixed media person or off the page fan.
